Estancia in Máximo Paz
In the late 19th century, the Argentine bourgeoisie was characterized by owning castles in the countryside, mansions in the city, and mausoleums in the cemeteries. Chosen as one of the best residences in South America by Travel + Leisure magazine, it is located in Máximo Paz, with its focal point being a magnificent Tudor-style rural palace. Founded in the late 19th century by Vicente Pereda, it was a pioneer in livestock farming in Cañuelas. Situated in a park of 74 hectares (182.8 acres) boasting over 300 species of trees, strolling and horseback riding amidst trees with yellow and red hues that embellish this place feels like stepping into a fairy tale or legend.
